Application forms with the prospectus will be available in the school office
up to a fixed date as notified on the and notice board. The admission forms
duly filled and complete in all respects to be submitted to the office.A list
of selected for admission will be put on the notice board. The selected
student shall enroll them selves by paying the required fees etc. with in the
specified time.
Application must attach the following attested photocopies of their documents
with the application form.
01. Provisional certificate of the last examination's passed if.
02. A copy of Local/Domicile Certificate.
03. A copy of National identy card of the applicant’s father/guardian.
04. (4) passport size recent photograph of the applicant.
